IBIS Capital matches those with capital with those in need.  Our status as a non-bank entity affords us the ability to structure each transaction to meet the specific needs of our clientele. In addition to our own investment capital, we have close relationships with key Wall Street firms and Foreign Capital Sources. These relationships allow us to finance large and complex projects of any size, in many markets and without limit.
 
IBIS Capital is an Accelerator primarily serving the Industrial Products, Biotechnology and Real Estate industries providing private equity, venture capital and mezzanine financing options worldwide.  While we are pragmatic in the underwriting approach and process, we have the ability to move quickly. Once we have selected a project for funding, we have the capacity to close within 30 days. We believe this gives our clientele a competitive advantage in the marketplace.  Our minimum funding request is $5 Million.

An Incubator Program is offered through the IBIS Institute for Change which is firmly committed to researching ideas that reduce the carbon foot print and improve the quality of life of citizens worldwide.  The Institute helps participants secure seed capital through a combination of grants and venture capital.  It works very closely with participants throughout the various stages including research and development, proof of concept, intellectual property registration, clinical trials and FDA and/or USDA approval.
