BACKGROUND

Sustainable renewable energy is available now.  It is no longer a pipe dream.  C Fuel LLC, a Joint Venture between Cooper Energy Inc. and IBIS Partners LLC, was formed to profit from commercializing new technologies that could reduce our dependence on foreign oil and the negative impact on the environment produced by conventional fossil fuels.

We have a provisional patent with an in process worldwide patent application.   We are relying on your good judgment to protect our proprietary interest.  By reading and accepting this you agree to be bound by confidentiality.

The most abundant resource on earth is water.  Since June 15, 2008, we have tested waters containing algae and microbes.  We have used different water sources, such as seawater, rain water, well-water, lake water, pond water, streams, run off, non filtered pool water, and waste water.  We also tested distilled water, city water, chlorinated water, and chlorinated water with fluoride.  We do not use special algae or microbes.  We use what is available in cold, hot, salt or fresh waters.

THE RESULTS

We have a self-contained system which promotes the harvesting of algae from either salt water or fresh water sources inland or in open sea.  Our system processes algae at an accelerated rate and produces biomass for additional oil recovery and fertilizer stock.  Water containing algae and other microbes when exposed in our system separate into lipids, water and biomass.  This starts immediately within visual results in less than 5 seconds.  Lipids float to the top of the water mixture in massive amounts.  The algae mass settles with water in between layers, a traditional naturally occurring separation caused by gravity.  This process results in significant algae yield.  Our system is completely scalable and cost efficient.

LOW COST PRODUCER

The current obstacles bottlenecking the mass production of algae-based bio fuels are primarily centered on the costs implied by using either large growing ponds or photo bioreactors to grow algae, which both require vast land resources and energy to operate.  As such, the need for producing algae for bio fuel in a more efficient manner has become the focal point amongst laboratories and researchers.

We have solved the problem.  Our specific process addresses these barriers directly by drastically reducing the costs of producing oil-rich algae by vastly reducing input resources.  As such, the potential as it applies to the bio fuel industry is extraordinary.  We have found a way to produce algae oil in vast quantities using minimal energy and land resources.

Lipids, sugars and proteins are obtained from the biomass.  Biomass is dewatered in a cost effective low energy proprietary system.  We achieve approximately 2% lipid production from every gallon that goes through our system, which is significantly higher that all other known production levels.  Secondly, our system produces bio fuel at $.50 per gallon and algae oil at $.10 per gallon, also significantly below the current market.

CURRENT USES

The Microalgae Industry is a rapid-growth industry that is low risk, environmentally safe, and a surging source of alternative renewable energy products from algae.  Algae biomass has a wide spectrum of uses.  It can be developed into feedstock and converted into biofuels and biobased products that include biocrude, biojetfuel, biodiesel, biogasoline, bioethanol, biomethanol, glycerin, vegetable oil, biofoods, biomedicals, bio-plastics, bio-lubricants, bio-hydrogen protein for feedstock and other bio-based animal feed, fertilizer, sewage treatment, and co-products critical for human and ecological survival.

Algae consume CO2, and like all plants release oxygen.  They are vital to Carbon sequestration, storage recycling with CO2 reduction credits.   Algae takes carbon dioxide out of the air for photosynthesis and turns it into fat that can be used as oil, up to 99 percent of which we can extract.  A large number of companies and government agencies are funding efforts to reduce capital and operating costs and make algae fuel production commercially viable.

Our systems allows any internal combustion engine to utilize the benefits of one of the following: vegetable oil, biodiesel, water containing algae biomass, which may increase mileage while reducing emissions.  We offer technologies today that enable spark-ignited internal combustion engines and power generation systems to produce clean energy with near-zero carbon emissions, using proprietary technology, fuel cells, controllers and software.

Our system can also be used for cleaning up oil spills, providing feedstock for algae eating fish, mammals, clams, and mollusks.  Additionally, we have developed a process that reduces radioactivity by as much as ninety-six percent (96%).

TARGET MARKET

There are 257 countries in the world today, 214 with direct access to water.  Utilizing our system, each of these countries would have the capability of producing their own energy needs and supplying potable drinking water to their citizens.

There are over 13,000 locations that can implement our system today.  We have identified existing locations that can yield 20,000,000 gallons of vegetable oil a day.  The cost of production of 1 gallon or for 10,000,000 gallons is consistent.

SUMMARY

Man’s problem has been harvesting that which is naturally present in our environment and harnessing it without destroying the earth in the process, until now that is.  We have developed a completely sustainable process of harvesting oil, biomass and other important, highly valuable products from the oceans and waters without harming wildlife or the delicate eco-system.  We can produce algae oil faster and more cost effective that anyone else.  Not only will this process change the world, its implications could change world order, forever.
