Investment Philosophy

We are bottom up, hands-on investors that take major stakes in privately held companies.  We are both Venture Capitalist and Private Equity investors and take a long term view on the projects we select.  We seek to gain outsized returns by investing in start-up and early stage companies with short or limited track records.  We look for innovative ideas with global applications, above average product margins and the potential for explosive growth.  We firmly believe that early money properly invested and nurtured rises like yeast.  Therefore, we work closely with management to help ensure that our investment goals are realized.

Investment Partners

From time to time we seek investment capital from institutions and accredited investors.  We raise capital for specific projects through Syndications, Private Placements and Joint Ventures.  Additionally, we organize Funds or special propose investment vehicles to be invested in a portfolio of projects.  However, regardless of the investment vehicle, you can rest assured that your money will be treated with the same care as our own, as we invest our capital right alongside yours.  Thus, our goals are aligned and when you make money we make money.

Investment Terms
