REAP SUMMIT SERIES

IBIS Partners hosts quarterly regional conferences called Regional Equity to Achieve Prosperity (REAP) Summits throughout the United States. Through these REAP Summits, IBIS Partners proposes to establish a new 21st century approach to comprehensive community building and transformation through strategic partnerships which reflect consensus built strategies for sustainable economic prosperity and wealth creation. A White Paper is developed and published from each Summit, which outlines the issues of the region, along with a detailed plan for addressing and correcting those issues. We help facilitate and coordinate the action plan that is then executed by the regional stakeholders, NGO’s and the appropriate governmental agencies, and we remain engaged throughout the entire process.

Our vision is to empower disadvantaged and low-income communities for a long term response to closing wealth and quality of life disparity gaps through innovative economic self-sufficiency and wealth creation initiatives.

Our strategy is to strengthen the capacity of governments, businesses, communities and faith-based network partners.  We will accomplish this by generating a convergence model that embraces an emerging fourth sector reinforcing the capacity of each partner to generate products and services with measurable impacts for the creation of a resilient economic engine and quality of life.

The process to create the strategy will emerge from consensus building from regional planning summits, local consensus building meetings, and technology assisted planning platforms which utilize the input from all stakeholder sectors to provide a research and development basis for analysis and response from regional academic institutions.  Regional, state, and local Stakeholder Oversight Advisory Roundtables (SOAR) will provide critical input into our grant making, and investment process.

Born out of a vision from a cadre of banking and finance professionals, now partnered with public and non-profit experts, the energy for attracting financial and human resources is emboldened by the sense of urgency to save lives, livelihoods, and the creation of investment models.  Advice and investments will be sought from both the public and private sectors to include banks, foundations, private socially responsible corporations and government redevelopment agencies.

Fundraising, financial management, community building, leadership development, workforce training, research and development systems will be integrated into a fine tuned machine of integrity, linked to the strategy, processes, architecture, and resources which emerge from the convergence of combined sectoral strengths.  Please visit our events calendar for the upcoming Summit in your region.
